2. Services Provided
Poker-Runs.com offers tools for organizing and managing poker runs. This includes features that allow event organizers to manage participants, track results, and facilitate communication. However, Poker-Runs.com is a management tool only. We are not responsible for the outcome of any poker run, the behavior of participants, or the actions of organizers. The services provided are strictly intended to assist in the administrative tasks related to organizing a poker run.
3. Disclaimers
No Responsibility for Events: We take no responsibility for the poker runs organized through our platform. This includes any issues related to the conduct of the event, participant safety, or the awarding of prizes.
No Financial Transactions with Participants: We do not accept any payments from participants or offer any monetary prizes related to poker runs. All monetary transactions related to the poker run, including prize distribution, are the sole responsibility of the event organizer.
4. Legal Use
We assume that organizers and participants will use the platform legally and ethically. We do not take any responsibility for any failure of the organizers to fulfill their commitments, such as awarding prizes. Users must ensure that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Organizer's Payment Responsibilities
Upon completion of a poker run, organizers are required to pay for the services rendered by Poker-Runs.com. Our current pricing model charges the organizer $1 USD per hand managed by our application during the event. The organizer agrees to either have their payment method directly charged or to receive an invoice for the total amount owed.
6. Pricing Model
The organizer agrees to pay a fee of $1 USD per hand managed by the platform during the poker run. This pricing model may be subject to change, and Poker-Runs.com will notify the organizer in advance of any changes. The payment will be collected either directly via the organizer’s provided payment method or via invoice once the run is completed.
7. Payment Obligations
The organizer guarantees that they will pay the agreed-upon fee for the services rendered by Poker-Runs.com. Failure to provide valid payment details or failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Poker-Runs.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to issues arising from the failure of organizers to fulfill their obligations or participants' reliance on the platform.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to Poker-Runs.com at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users of the platform.
11. Governing Law

12. Service Availability and Backup Plans

In the event that our services do not function as intended, we will refund or waive the fee associated with the specific poker run. However, this refund or waiver will not exceed the total amount of fees charged for the run in question. We are not responsible for any further damages or losses beyond this amount.
Additionally, since our services rely on internet connectivity and user devices, Poker-Runs.com will not be held responsible for any issues arising from poor internet connections, device malfunctions, or other external factors that may impact the user’s experience.
